The studios have an approximate area of ​​40 m², their distribution is different from one to another depending on the situation in which it is found.

The building has 11 floors, with 11 apartments per floor, (including studios and 1-bedroom apartments), located in the central block and 3 floors in the block we call “Wing A” with 8 studios per floor.

The studios have a  bathroom (some have a bathtub and some have a shower), a small fully equipped kitchenette (with a 2 ring hob, a microwave, fridge and a kettle), 2 single beds (each measuring 90cm in width) and a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains or the surrounding town of Los Cristianos. The décor and layout of the studios may vary depending on its location within the complex.
